Bachelor/Masters - BSME, BSEE, Aerospace, or Automotive
3.0 G.P.A. or higher
0-3 years’ experience (co-op, internship, etc.)
Legal to work in the US

Body Interior and Body Exterior - Product Design & Release Engineers
Responsibilities include design and release of interior components; lead development and execution of product verification plans and engineering sign-off; lead BTP Suppliers execution; and ensure system meets all FMVSS and client requirements. Ability to interact with the studio through surface development and feasibility required.
Knowledge in Body Structure and Static Sealing required. Body Structure -Knowledge of BIW/ performance, FMVSS requirements, interface with CAE, ability to establish stamping and assembly feasibility, and full service supplier interface. Static sealing - knowledge of BIW static sealing methods to meet air and water leak performance requirements.
Highly motivated, proactive engineer with at least two years of D&R experience. Strong interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with suppliers and program team. Working knowledge of Ford WERS and AIMS is desirable.
