What is the typical duration of the assessment?
ASG Operations Assessments are typically one to two days in duration (depending on client size and number of locations) in which a team of our experienced consultants will visit your operations, conduct interview sessions and observe the current process.
How long will my staff be "tied up" as a result of the assessment process?
ASG is sensitive to your staff's time requirements. We try to be as transparent and non-disruptive as possible during the assessment process. Typically, assessments take no more than (1) hour per day of any one subject matter expert's time with a (30) minute opening meeting the morning of the initial day which all key personnel attend and a (1) hour summany of results/closing meeting at the conclusion on the second day.

Who will conduct the assessments?
The assessment team is comprised of a group of experienced consultants with experience ranging from 15 - 20 years. These consultants are manufacturing, product and process engineers that have spent significant time on the shop floor and know what to look for when assessing an operation or process.
