Situation:
Placed on probation by an OEM due to quality and delivery issues, an automotive logistics supplier was facing business re-sourcing and the inability to compete for future business.  

Solution:
ASG met with the supplier and conducted on-site assessment, SWOT analysis and Value Stream Mapping exercise, identifying a number of cost reduction and quality improvement opportunities.

Result:
Supplier implemented the action plan co-developed with ASG and was able to improve quality and reduce cost to maintain their existing contracts, which allowed them to be successful in obtaining new business.
