Situation:
An OEM Light Truck Quality Department sought a process to drive the product development disciplines and methods across all platform teams within the division.

Solution:
ASG worked with the Division Quality Management Office to create a unique mentoring system where teams responsible for certain commodity designs from different platforms would score one another using a defined process and criteria derived from best practices, as identified by the Corporate Quality Office and both internal and external subject matter experts (SME).

Result:
Key outputs from this undertaking included improvements in cross-platform adoption of best practices, team performance, and team knowledge and expertise.
