OWNERS

Lizabeth Ardisana - Chief Executive Officer

Lizabeth Ardisana is the principal owner of ASG Renaissance, a technical and communication services firm with 225 employees and offices in Dearborn and Farmington Hills, Michigan; Orange County, California; Charleston, South Carolina; and Cambridge, Ontario Canada. ASG Renaissance has more than 23 years experience providing services to a wide range of clients in the automotive, environmental, defense, construction, healthcare, banking, and education sectors.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Lizabeth is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations and financial management.  Lizabeth also manages the Company’s Performance Management business unit, which provides clients with environmental program management and minority supply chain development services.  She continues to work directly with clients, providing consulting and management support on many projects.

Ardisana's interests are far-reaching, reflecting dedicated social concern and solid professional achievement.  Ardisana is on the Board of Directors for the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Citizens Bank, Kettering University Board of Trustees, Oakwood Hospital Board of Directors, and Focus: HOPE – a civil and human rights organization dedicated to overcoming racism, poverty and injustice.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Texas 

Organizations

  • Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce: One of the largest Hispanic business organizations in the country. 
  • Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce (the largest chamber in the US):  Working with other Hispanic board members to promote opportunities for Hispanic business. 
  • Hispanic Automotive Supplier Alliance:  Created and launched the Hispanic Auto Supplier Alliance to encourage area companies to source to Hispanic companies.  Created an allegiance with the National Association of Black Automotive Suppliers to focus on common issues.
  • Focus HOPE - whose mission is to provide opportunities to all: Worked with Focus Hope to open Southwest training center, in predominately Hispanic Southwest Detroit to provide education, training, and jobs.
  • Kettering University Board of Trustees:  Formed “Hispanic Committee” to develop ways to recruit Hispanic students for work and study programs in the engineering program.
  • The Skillman Foundation Board of Directors – This foundation is dedicated to improving education in Detroit.
  • Citizens Bank Board of Directors – Citizens is a regional bank serving the Great Lakes region.

Other Interests / Experience

  • Worked at Ford Motor Company for 14 years and held several management positions in truck vehicle development, product planning and marketing.
  • Has more than 15 years experience in alternative fuel vehicle program management and marketing – served on the President’s Task Force for Implementation of Alternative Fuel Vehicles and the Natural Gas Vehicle Coalition board.
  • Owned several race cars, one of which raced in the Miami Grand Prix and 24 Hours at Le Mans. 

Gregory Rouke - Chief Operating Officer

Greg Rouke is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and one of the founding owners of ASG Renaissance, a technical and communication services firm with 225 employees and offices in Dearborn and Farmington Hills, Michigan; Orange County, California; Charleston, South Carolina, and Cambridge, Ontario Canada.  ASG Renaissance has more than 23 years experience providing services to a wide range of clients in the automotive, environmental, defense, construction, healthcare, banking, and education sectors.

As COO, Greg leads ASG business activities including Information Technology Systems, Business Analysis, Quality and Process performance/improvement, and managing company banking and lawyer relationships.

Company History

  • Co-Founded Automotive Support Group LLC in 1987.
  • Added Engineering Department in 1991.
  • Added marketing/Business Planning and Quality Consulting Departments in 1992.
  • Established Automotive Engineering Group in 1995.
  • Added Public Affairs Agency Services in 1996.
  • Acquired Renaissance Systems Technologies and renamed company to ASG Renaissance LLC, also in 1996.
  • Acquired Back Bay Communications of Lake Forest, California in 2001 and opened ASG Orange County office to serve as Public Relations Agency of Record for Jaguar and Land Rover of North America.

  • First minority service supplier to receive Ford Motor Company’s Q1 award.
  • Recipient of 5 Ford Customer-Driven Quality awards.

Other Interests / Experience

  • Worked at Ford Motor Company for 15 years and held several manager positions in truck vehicle development and product planning. Also worked 2 years as the Vehicle Resident Engineer at the Ford Michigan Truck Assembly Plant.
  • Held General Manager position of heavy truck dealership selling Peterbilt, Mercedes and Crane Carrier trucks for 2 years.
  • Actively involved with U of M Mechanical Engineering Department. 

Laurie Bradley - President

Laurie Bradley is the president of ASG Renaissance responsible for Corporate strategy and Business Development. This includes the design and delivery of human capital solutions and the development of partnerships and teaming relationships. Bradley leads the cross functional sales team representing the human capital, consulting and marketing divisions of ASG. Additionally, she represents ASG as the founding member of the Mosaic Advantage an international network of qualified, screened and preeminent minority, woman owned and service disabled veteran business enterprises.

Prior to joining ASG, Bradley was the president of a North American engineering services organization. This public company focused on the design and delivery of customized engineering services for defense, medical and automotive industries. Prior to this, Bradley was the president of the seventh largest outsourcing financial services firm in the United States. This public company designed and delivered customized financial services software and e-marketing solutions for Fortune 500 clients in the United States and Canada. Her career in talent management and technology outsourcing spans more than 15 years and includes leadership responsibilities for the Canadian operations of the world's largest staffing services company.
