Lizabeth Ardisana - Chief Executive Officer
Lizabeth Ardisana is the co-founder, principal owner and Chief Executive Officer of ASG Renaissance, an international professional services firm with nearly 200 employees and offices in Michigan, California, South Carolina, Washington D.C. and Ontario. As the CEO, Lizabeth is responsible for the company's strategies, overall direction and financial management. Lizabeth also directs the company's marketing, supplier development and environmental consulting operations and provides consulting services to clients on several projects.

Ardisana's interests are far-reaching, reflecting deep social concern and solid professional achievement. Ardisana was elected chairperson of the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2003, becoming the first woman to chair the chamber's 30-member board. She also serves on the Kettering University Board of Trustees, Citizens Bank Board of Directors, Ford Hispanic Supplier Council and the Board of Directors for Focus: HOPE - a civil and human rights organization dedicated to overcoming racism, poverty and injustice.

Before founding ASG Renaissance, Ardisana held a variety of engineering and product planning management positions in Ford Truck Product Development. While working at Ford, she owned numerous race cars that raced all over the U.S. and Canada. Ardisana earned her Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas, her Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and her MBA from the University of Detroit.

Gregory Rouke - Chief Operating Officer
Gregory Rouke is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of ASG Renaissance, an international professional services firm with nearly 200 employees and offices in Michigan, California, South Carolina, Washington D.C. and Ontario. As Chief Operating Officer, Rouke is responsible for Human Capital, Quality, IT Systems, Marketing Coordination and acquisitions.

Rouke worked for fifteen years in the product planning and engineering activities of Ford Truck Product Development and then provided management consulting (primarily to Ford) before becoming the General Manager of a Heavy Truck Dealership. While working at Ford, Rouke was involved in drag racing and won numerous trophies in Michigan. Rouke earned Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan.

Laurie Bradley - President
Laurie Bradley is the president of ASG Renaissance responsible for Corporate strategy and Business Development.  This includes the design and delivery of human capital solutions and the development of partnerships and teaming relationships.  Bradley leads the cross functional sales team representing the human capital, consulting and marketing divisions of ASG. Additionally, she represents ASG as the founding member of the Mosaic Advantage an international network of qualified, screened and preeminent minority, woman owned and service disabled veteran business enterprises.

Prior to joining ASG, Bradley was the president of a North American engineering services organization. This public company focused on the design and delivery of customized engineering services for defense, medical and automotive industries. Prior to this, Bradley was the president of the seventh largest outsourcing financial services firm in the United States. This public company designed and delivered customized financial services software and e-marketing solutions for Fortune 500 clients in the United States and Canada. Her career in talent management and technology outsourcing spans more than 15 years and includes leadership responsibilities for the Canadian operations of the world's largest staffing services company.
